FLEMING YOUTH (Florence Enterprise Meetings for an International Growth of the Youth), company born last 2001, is affirming a new model of cultural tourism, with the direct involvement of the international youth. Through several events aimed to the valorisation of the different cultures, it aims to realise a new kind of participating tourism that stresses the importance of the integration among the city and the tourist. For this reason Fleming Youth sustains programmes of cultural integration oriented forward the youth as leading actors of this new style of travel. The five main directories of the Fly-Youth Portal represent the way followed to pursue this new concept, starting from Florence, city characterised, since past times, by a high quality craftmenship productive fabric at international level. Hence, Florence as the right moment for the youth's best expression of creativity.

- In Art & Culture are presented all the events, concerts, conferences, restorations, studies and research that represent an important contribution to the acknowledgment of the importance of the international artistic and cultural heritage, through contributions of experts in the fields of the arts and the science.

- In Youth Program are presented all the programmes thought for the development of the professional growth of the youth, for a new sensibilisation towards the topics of the cultural tourism, and for a first occasion of visibility for their works.

- In Education are presented all the formative offers realised in co-operation with prestigious international institutions aimed to give wider occasions for the formation and the specialisation in the fields of the conservation of the international cultural heritage, as well as in the artistic and musical techniques.
