the usual annual meeting with the participation of over 120 Docents, Academicians and Experts of 64 different Institutions from 39 towns of 25 different countries. During the Round Table were discussed the future lines of development of the Foundation and collected proposals and projects concerning future initiatives to be included in the Foundation’s programs. These proposals helps to strengthen the mission of international integration among youths of different countries of Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Saturday, the 2nd of March 2002 in the “Salone de’ Dugento” of “Palazzo Vecchio” in Florence, H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Michal Radlicki handed to the President of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation, Paolo Del Bianco “l’Ordre du Merite Culturel”(Order of the Merit for the Culture) conferred by the Minister of Culture on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Poland, as a recognition for “contribution given by the Foundation to achievement of close reports with Poland”. During the ceremony spoke the Alderman for the International Relations and Twinning of the City of Florence Dr. Eugenio Giani, Prof. Dr. Andrzej Tomaszewski, the Ordinary Professor of the Restoration of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology and the past-General Director of Cultural Assets of the Republic of Poland, H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Michal Radlicki, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Georgia, H.E. Rusudan Lordkipanidze, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, H.E. Hana Sevcikova, the Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia, H.E. Martins Perts and others 120 professors, academicians and experts coming from 25 countries of North America, Europe and Asia, gathered in Florence on the occasion of the yearly International Round Table of the Foundation.
